catalytic converters question

I took off my OEM cats and was wondering if they would fit on an 03 Expedition? They came off my 05 F150 5.4L V8. Buddy needs is having problems with his and was wondering if these would fit his Expedition. Thanks

If it too is a 5.4L it could work with some small fabbing.

Take them to a shop and they can weld them in no problem.
