itll be the same as any 5.4 with straight pipes. Single exhaust isnt to bad, true dual sounds like *** and is stupid loud.

i've heard some you tube vids of straight pipe 5.4's and i will say it sounded like "horse puckey" lol. i definitely would not go the straight pipe route with these trucks.

Please dont go hillbilly eddie and straight pipe it. Put quality toned loud mufflers in. Magnapacks, or Bullets.

I have a 2010 and just put exhaust on it today. I went with a 40 series flowmaster 3" inlet to dual 2.5" outlets. I ran the duals straight out the back. The truck is pretty loud and has a very aggressive sound to it. I'm really surprised I'm as happy as I am with it only because I have built and owned alot of mustangs in my life and I'm use to the cammed out mustang sound. All in all, I got the whole system done with oval rolled edge chrome tips for 290. I might see if I can get some video's posted tomorrow if you are interested in hearing it hunter. I had this exact same setup on an 02 supercrew that I use to have and this truck is quite a bit louder so you might keep that in mind.

My system would be pretty close, my pre-cats are just a pinch shorter than the new model OEM cats. There are a couple 09+ with Bullets but I dont have the links. Youtube em.
