Wanna get loud without voiding mah warranty
Whats up guys, new here and I've got a 2007 5.4L FX2. In black, of course.
Anyways, it sounds good but i want it to sound gooder. It still has the warranty, so no cat-deletes or any other mods to void the warranty. Any suggestions for making it louder and throatier? Gracias!

Get a Dynomax Bullet. I'm still under warranty and this is what I have. Sounds loud, deep and clear, no crackling.

i can see the people at ford saying that if your cats were deleted that the different O2 sensor readings will have an effect on your computer's fuel delivery maps and could void your powertrain warranty somehow. i've got no reason to get rid of the cats anyway, we have emissions testing here.

those dynomax mufflers are a great price, i can deal with those. i haven't looked at the exhaust pipes yet so i don't know what's welded and what's clamped and what ends where.
what did you have to do to get the bullet in? sawzall the old one off? clamp or weld the new one in? can the original exhaust tip be clamped to the other side of the bullet muffler?
