Bassani sounds like crap on our trucks, sure it may sound great on a 5.0 stang with Hot Rods,(It does sound nice on the vid) but will sound high pitched and tin can sounding on a truck.

Magnapacks !

I"m torn between the XR1's and the Magnapacks..

But after watching a few more of the Borla's I'm gonna go with the MagnaPacks..

Sounds great!

Quick question. Why are you letting everyone vote on your exhaust. LoL you have to drive the truck not us. Not trying to be a ****. Just wondering

Because I like all three and I can't make my mind up but I have one in mind. I thought I'd be different and let you guys hear different exhaust set ups and yall tell me what you think. I just thought it would be fun to see what people thought of the different setups and hear opinions. Plus I also have the frpp Hot rod cams and my truck has a mean idle and lopes pretty hard and I thought maybe other people might have heard these different exhaust or cars or trucks with cams and might be able to help.

I say go with the 4"

I'm going with the 18" rolled, 22" seems awfully long!

4.6 punisher what would the sound difference if i went with a 5" round body instead of a 4" body. i was looking at a tape measure and 4" body with 2.5" inlet isnt very big lol. my banks is a magnaflow renamed muffler i think and its a 7" body.

The only way to know "how much" is to try it. No one on here has swapped out these two mufflers. All we can do is give you a ball park... I say it will just be a little less aggressive, and a little quieter.

You could email magnaflow and ask them maybe.

I understand I love the sound of my banks muffler which is a 7" round body with 3" core. I'm thinking the 4" body is going to be a little much and the 5" should be right on the money I mean the 4" body should have about 3/4" packing and the 5" body should have about 1-1/4" packing. So that means the 7" body should have about 2-1/4" packing if I went with the 5" body it has a 1" less.

Well guys I talked with the professionals at magnaflow and they recommended a 4"x9" dual in/out oval muffler its has a 11" body and is 17" overall length. It does not have a internal x pipe like other ones they offer.
