The absolute best 2010 F150 COLD air intake on the market.
If you insist on spending money, might as well do it based on real world data.
However, knowing how we link to tinker, I strongly recommend this one:

'10 cai ?
I have an '07.5 4.6L STX with an AFE Stage 2 (C)AI and I have no issues with it other than a little sluggish from 1K - 2.2K in the summer heat. AFE was the first to put out the (C)AI for the '07.5 4.6L so I jumped on it. Great quality. If I had to do it over again I would go with the S&B CAI as it is enclosed and is top quality. I would purchase it directly from S&B as their S&H is less than Jegs.com and they usually have them in stock. They also have some kind of upgrade package that goes along with any factory direct purchase.
The Gott's Mod is promising on the older 2V engines but not certain about performance gains from removing the snorkle on the new '09-'10 3V filter housing.
Good luck...
