Hey guys, new to the website, and a 4 month old F150 owner. I have a question. I need a new complete exhaust system badly because the recent owner bought a cheap knock off exhaust system and its not holdin up to well, fallin apart. I was told the best setup for sound was true duals: magnaflow converters, flowmaster 40 series 2 chamber. But i recently read that magnaflow straight threw mufflers are better for performance but how to they sound? and i like shanks setup alot:
2.5" True Duals
- MagnaFlow High Flow Catalytic Converters
- X-Pipe
- DynoMax Bullets
- MagnaFlow SS Tips
- 45 Degree Angled

Whats your opinion on shanks setup? any suggestions for me? I want a nice, low, but loud enough to notice kind of sound. A deep loud rumble, but performance is what i am most **** about.

yes, thank u, but i had already read tha before i put this post up, i just wanted some opinions, but i think i made up my mind, im gunna go with shanks setup, seems to be the best setup.

 

Everything looks good except for the pipe size. 2.25" would be better for performance and not adversely affect the sound quality.
