Exhaust flange studs

Well, -easy ? Depends what you consider easy lol. The fastest way AND easiest, - order doorman replacement manifolds (since their so cheap) and just swap them out.
Don't even think about drilling them out unless your using carbide burrs. Now you can drill NEXT TO existing flange studs using a cobalt bit and just run a new nut and bolt. I've done this once and it held until I replaced the entire system with headers.
I hope you not talking about the head studs.

Thanks for the responses but I've heard to many horror stories about changing the entire exhaust manifolds out so I'll work on just changing the flange studs out. why is it that engineers love to make things so hard for the average joe to work on their own things. I've been burnt by way to many mechanics..
