Well, I wonder what the deal is ? I'm not sure if I'd get a higher quality set, like Cometic MLS's or EST's, -yea EST's in your case lol. Most likely just use the OBX's, since I haven't heard anything bad about them. Do you have a set ? Also, did you re-use the Ford factory originals, or were those new?

BTW, - You haven't heard what she's really going to sound like... - Yet!

Since my ford gaskets had low miles on them we reused them. Thing is the port in the head is not round, flat bottom circle shaped. The port on the headers are round, so I think that's why they're leaking, the contact compression area on the flat part of the gasket is in the header opening. Not sealing IMO. I've looked at comedic gaskets and they look good. I may just use the obx gaskets, I don't know. In the dumps about this...

Yeah passenger side is leaking bad. Drivers side is leaking slightly. Not looking good. Thinking of putting the obx gaskets in there.

Patrick, I think both sides have been leaking all along. I think I'm going to try and fix some of it Sunday.

You can if you really want to, Patrick. I never really got a good look at the passenger side since you were tackling it, but it may not be so bad this time. :o I know I'd be doing a lot of wrenching since I don't have the specialty gear wrenches like you have. My tools aren't near as organized as yours either. Also my floor jack took a dump on me but I can borrow a bud's of mine since he has three... Have to organize my garage now...

Yea, you mention that before, - have been thinking about that as well. All I can say right now is the 3 valves are different at the exhaust ports vs the 2 valves. How much, I don't know. (?) I hope they sent you the right set.

I'd compare them for sure. I don't like that the O2 bung is leaking that bad, - it' freakin new! Unless your missing threads on the sensors themselves or that one wasn't tightened down, there's know excuse for not getting the right cut/pitch for those bungs. O2 threads are standard with a slightly progressive tap. It's common procedure to anti -seize O2 threads. You shouldn't have to worry about applying a sealer to keep your new sh_tz from leaking. Kinduh sez something, but I'll kill it here.. - Just one beer left anyway

Oh, has Patrick got a hold of you yet ? Guess he found both sets of header gaskets on the garage floor, -while cleaning up
