Yes, done. Leak tested headers before installing collector/cats, no leaks. O2's and plugs look good. Still a slight tick due to crappy OBX clamps, nothing a welder can't fix.

So tired, drinking Powerade to rehydrate.

No new vids yet.

Does Home Depot carry #8's, -auto grade ? They might, not sure. I get those from tractor supply. A good hardware will carry #8's as well.

yea the obx header gaskets are great. The OBX header gaskets are in the shape of an O while the stock are more of a D shape.

Home Sepot carries grade eight bolts. They match the color of the heat cycled stainless.

Yes that's my theory as to why I had leaks in the beginning and not now.

That would explain that half circle leak evidence.

Well the Headers have an O opening, and the new gaskets are an O. Manifolds are in the same of a D and the opening in the manifold is D. Plus the OEM gaskets are pure crap and are paper thin while OBX are thick and good.

Also no codes so far. One 26 mile trip to work and one from. A short jaunt to the gas station this morning and a short stop to a meeting after work before the drive home. Not sure how the drive cycles for the o2's are...

Yea, that's Monitor Execution (420/430). Once per Driving Cycle. This test must be failed three times before the MIL light is switched on.
