Dynatech install guide, very helpful: http://www.dynatechheaders.com/instr...o08_2WD4WD.pdf
I may have misread your post, but it seemed like there may have been a couple of studs that needed to come out so you wouldn't have to pull the starter or unbolt the engine mount.

I've been reading the dynatech PDF over and over, the past few weeks. I was just hoping there were some real world tips (ontop of what's in FatherFords thread) that might speed things up a bit.

I just read this thread and am considering just dropping my crossmember after all so I can just weld the y-pipe and bypass the OBX clamps.

Cool, thanks for your response. I'm looking forward to hearing your new setup. I'm taking a bunch of videos of my current setup to compare to my new one. I'll have to start a thread next week.

OK a couple of bad videos, literally. I'm not very good at it yet.

Sounds like it's built from the inside (first vid)! So you haven't installed the Borla yet correct ?

Yea, that popping is a little unusual.

In the exterior video, there is a ticking that my truck also has. Is this the injectors, a phaser tick.....?

Exhaust leak from the crappy OBX clamps.

I just did, and it was a workout since I don't have a sawzall. Hacksaw FTL!

It's on, and man it is a lot quieter. Very happy. Only an inside video so far, need to eat breakfast.

A shorty...

No just the last. The first videos are of the OBX with ROR only. It was quite loud considering the tiny ROR muffler.
