its recommended for a custom tune especially considering your an 05 running a cold air intake, and its a k&n :/

Has anyone done any cam work to these 5.4L? Looking for a towing cam/performance. Have a guy at work with his 06 dodge Hemi that wants to line up when the snow is gone. I need to shut him up. So I'm looking to get some more ponies without breaking the bank and do without supercharger/turbo.

with your hot air intake you should be running a custom tune right now
