i think its shifty85 on here thats been runnin the pacesetters for a few years in michigan winters without problems. so i dont see whats so bad about them if they withstand the snow and salt. i was considering them as well if i decide to do longtubes

Yeah i have talked about them with him before.. I honestly think when you buy pace setters it's kind of hit and miss with the quality and fitment. Mine are rusting fairly bad(i live in montana but honestly i spray the salt off of them very often) and the biggest issue I have is the fitment. they actually had to be dented in to fit around my front driveshaft... now that all being said, I would be very tempted to spend the 300 or less on the pace setters and have them coated(jet hot etc....) rather then springing for the the stainless because I think the ceramic coating is better then stainless because not only are they coated inside and out, but the ceramic will insulate the heat and keep your engine bay cooler.. and the price difference between the pace setters coated with jet hot and stainless steel (obx) is minimal... You can buy the pace setters ceramic coated but I believe they are only coated on the outside which some say is worse cuz they could just rust from the inside out.. i go back and forth with this... (I hope this is legible, I had a long day of work and have a "few" beers in me right now ) lol

We appreciate your business!
