here is a controller setup that guys have said is very reliable,

but you can also go with the SPAL controller or the DC controller.

SPAL can't control a Mark VIII.

Best bet, if you desire variable speed (much peferred), is a DCControls FK50p or FK85p. Or, as YDM chose - a VSC.

What about after you have already done an intake and exhaust and tuner? Might it not help then?

Ok, so as noted in my other thread, I got my superchips and tuned the truck to the perfomance tune. While there is a gain in the mid and upper range, I didn't notice any of the low-end-chirp-the-tires-off-the-line-power. What mod is going to effect that the most? Not necessarily peak horsepower gain, just that low end snap when you tap the throttle.
