alright guys last weekend i noticed i have a broken exhaust manifold stud on the right side of the engine. i figured this is a good time to change my front o2 sensors and delete my rear cats if i choose to. i have an 04 nbs f150 5.4. i have 2.5" true duals with a di/do magnaflow 11" muffler. the truck is too quiet under acceleration especially under wot where i can barely hear it over the engine. i just want to know how much of a difference it would make with drone at highway speeds, like 55-70 mph range? right now its comfortable while cruising, i wouldnt mind it being a little bit louder, but i want more sound under acceleration.

also i have an xcal 3 and under strategy tunes it has a jlt intake tune, would that tune work for a s&b intake for a couple weeks? reason i ask is i'm thinking about getting one but vmp still hasnt sent me a good tune for my truck after having the tuner for 6 weeks so i figure it may be a little while to receive a new tune.
