Don't touch it! I use to have a v6 and tried every muffler type under the sun, all sounded like a pissed of bumble bee buzzing everywhere I went! Lol
But i did find that a si/so Borla did sound the best out of magna flow, flow master, glasspacks, straight pipe, and I can't remember what else I tried. It had just a little more tone to it than stock which is why it was ok I guess.

The stock exhaust is pretty much "free flowing" anyways. Your not gonna get much in gains from an exhaust on the newer F150's. Which now means the only reason you would change the exhaust is to get sound... but its a solid concensus that V6's sound like poo. I had a Flowmaster 40 series on my old V6 and recieved nothing but constant ridicule for it. A chambered muffler has worse performace than your stock muffler. The stock muffler is straight through. If you wanted to do antyhing, take off the resonator.

well I just put on a flowmaster 40 series on my 3.7l and it dont sound too bad other than it kinda sounds like my friends 2010 lancer evo x... Ive been looking on youtube of the 2011 mustang with the 3.7l and they sound pritty good with magnaflows, so next week im going to put true duels on my truck with magnaflows and mabee an xpipe. hey do yall think the procharger thay made for the mustang will fit on my truck? after I save up my money from my upcoming deployment I might be interested in getting one.
