dynomax bullet setup

My buddy just baught a 2000 F-150 5.4 and he likes my dynomax bullet catback setup but he wants to 45 out before the rear wheels, will he run into any probs with this setup?

Well, in the befor cat days, running the exhaust tips just in front of the rear tire made carbon collect on the tires/wheels very fast, but todays EFI & cats burn sooo clean that it is really an almost 99% non-issue.
