i have the chrome package tip on my 2010 f150 and i tried to take it off to put a new one on, but when i got the bolt off i couldnt even budge the tip to come off. Have any of you taken one off before? and ideas on how to remove it?

^ x2 and if that doesn't work you'll need to heat it up with a torch then use the bfh.

 

Take a wood block against the expandable end and hit it with a hammer to break it loose.
