flowmaster to bullet swap complete

Swapped from 40 series flowmaster to dynomax bullet on my 06. 3 inch si/so with 4 inch tip. A little louder, although I thought it would be even louder. A little deeper as well. Left same exit in stock location. Phone videos, so quality is not exceptional.

I didn't think the bullets had a break in period, but if they do and it gets louder that will be great. Overall I'm happy with the swap. May post up a cold start video tomorrow or in the next couple days.

Only been on since 10 this morning, so going off initial experience as of now. Will know with time. So far would say it is worth it and happy so far.

Yep, give her some miles and she will open up a little. Any muffler with a packing material will have some break in. 100% stainless packing will have the least break in, and fiberglass having the most.

Fantastic. Thought it was mainly the magnaflows/magnapacks that this applied to. May have to drive it more now to expedite the break in process.

Should have time tomorrow. Will try and do that. Cab noise is very minimal on my screw longbed. The muffler is near the rear axle.

Already can tell a difference and I like it. Will have to get some new videos. Maybe Monday.
