The boxes under the tips are #35117 so they are the ever famous 4"x18" rolled edge tips with 2.5" inlets.

Haha those tips make me wanna get longer ones. I have 3.5x12 and it looks like crap, I didn't know 12" would look so short that I could see pipe. Now I'm torn between getting rear lift blocks or new tips :P

Well, I just got the call from my exhaust guy, and my truck is ready for pick-up! I asked him if it looks good, and he said, "Yep! I worked on it myself." I asked him if it sounded good, and he said, "Dude.....it has a KILLER sound now! I can't explain it...you'll just have to see for yourself when you get here."

Dewser, do you have a photo of those tips on the truck? I'm between those and the 45 deg slash cut. I'm doing 90 deg behind the tire, so i'm leaning toward the rolled tip.I think the angle will compliment the lower body of the truck a little better than the slash cuts.

Yummy, beautiful setup! Congrats on the new system!
From that facial expression you just gave, I can only imagine how they sound in person. I remember my first day getting them installed! It was like I was running straight headers!

Videos coming?

No vidyas yet. Too much work...too little time.

I did snap a few pics, though.

Big trucks make big tips look not so big.

Only one muffler visible in the pic, but I promise there's another one in there.

See?

dewser, or anyone else, does magnaflow make a mid pipe that has the highflow cats on it? When I look at their site, the high flow mid flow pipe looks to be a y pipe and not an x. Where am I getting confused?

Looks great! What a beautiful truck.
A set of Hella LED's would really set that back off.

Their overly priced direct fit catalytic converter kits only come in Y pipe configuration. Not difficult to modify to not be a Y pipe, but not direct fitting either.
