new guy w/exhaust ??

Hey guys im new here. Been reading here for awhile though. My question is w all of my exhaust parts i ordered, what do i need to do with my o2 sensor? I'm doin a true dual set up w high flow cats, x-pipe, and 4" magnapacks. Wondering what some guys did w their o2 sensor or will a tune take care of it. Thanks guys in advance

Have the shop weld in a bungs directly after the cats, and your good to go.

i have even welded in my own o2 bungs before. not too bad. they need to be there though. even a tune is going to rely on feedback from the entire system. as the computer reacts to signals to no o2's the tuner will amplify that information and be counter-productive in some areas

I'd be leery of touching the cats on a 2010, they are pretty loud as is. I'd see how you like the true duals first.

Hmm probably would be a good decision. I havent heard a newer ford w/true duals in person. So i really have no clue what its going to sound like. Hopefully these 4" bodies wont be too bad. Also, i was going to dump it over the rear axle, think that would have an effect on the sound? Just not a fan of tips sticking out the back.

It will sound more projected with it over the axle, but I'd through on some short 4" tips there to help the sound projection. I personally don't like dumps, but that's how I'd do it if it were me.

I ran true duels on my 09 with flowmasters and had the passenger side run to look exactly like stock and then just mirrored it on the drivers side. great sound unless i really jumped on it and then there was a weird tubulance sound that i didn't like. i was told i didn't have enough back pressure for the higher rpm's.

x2...Im pretty sure back pressure is just a term someone came up with to make themselves sound like they knew what they were talkin about instead of just admitting they dont know!!!

x2, I wouldn't change them out at all. There will be little, to no sound difference. The only reason I would change them is if he did an LT swap.
