Dynomax bullets

yep you can hear it. it only quiets down when the truck drops into OD. and nope no true duals. my setup: JBA shorty headers, stock y-pipe and all 4 cats, then all i did was have the stock muffler swapped to the bullet, had a y-pipe installed to run duals out the back with 4" tips. so it's a SIDO setup.

I will have to check the Bullet out. I am looking at that or a Borla Stinger. Both seem really interesting.

I have considered the stingers. The Mustangs make them sound the best, but a good deep and hollow note throughout. Not a hundred percent on how loud an f150 would be with them depending.

The Dynomax is nice and clean, but it is very choppy. The Magnapack is choppy on start up, but a deep rich full bass note with aggression when your foot asks for it.

I ask because I actually like the clear thump thump thump sound. Is that what you are referring too?
I am not sure if I am convinced by the Stingers....yet. I have read so many mixed comments from people. Everything from "OMG....these are too loud" to "The XR-1 and Magnapack are much louder." Ughh....what to do. lol
