Exhaust pics
lookin to do the Magnaflow kit on a 2012 FX4 5.0 part # 15000.
does anybody have any pics of this kit installed? i wanna see how it fits up. i like my tip to be up close to the body and kinda tucked away...
for rite now i basically wanna have a full 3" mandrel bent stainless single exit kit and i will remove the resonator and tig weld a piece of 3" stainless pipe.
later on i may decide on duals but i think this will get me by.

2.5" true duals with 4" magnaflow magnapacks. I left the stock cats on b/c im eventually doin lt's. Those are magnaflows 5.5" long rolled tips 4" diameter. Running a x-pipe also has a real nice note too it doesnt sound bad in the cab either. I'm not a fan of pipes stickin out of my truck at all. The reason why they are turned over the axle.

I think they are 14" magnaflow magnapacks. Man I sure don't gonna take me a while to get some. It's nothing really complicated guy did an outstanding job on the and the truck seems to do better at high rpm. I haven't personally stood outside the truck and heard it driving by. If it's anything like inside the cab then it is pretty loud. With it turning down over the rear axle I personally think it takes a little noise from the cab of the truck which I do love. Sorry for the late response and no pictures.

Im considerin one of 5 options:
*all include removing resonator
1) single 3" magnaflow kit
2) single in/dual out rear exit both behind passenger tire magnaflow kit
3)single in/dual out exit behind each rear tire with magnaflow
4)true dual, x-pipe, dual in/out magnaflow exiting behind each rear tire(TECHNICALL NOT TRUE DUALS)
5)true dual, x-pipe, dual round magnaflows exiting behineld each rear tire

I would do option 5. Sorry for the previous post must have been out of my mind typing. I bought aftermarket cats for it, but some fellas on here talked me out of it which ended saving me money in the long run. You're going to be excited either way but that true dual with an x-pipe and 4" magnapacks really does sound different. I just sucked it up and did it considering how nervous I was it deff wouldn't be better any other way. I bought all my parts from summit btw.
