No cats/High flows

I have stock cats on my truck with true dual straights. If I gut my cats and run my piping straight thru, is there anyway I can make the check engine light stay off? I know you can have it deleted but I saw someone say something about grounding your o2 sensor. And another thing, Will high flows make it any louder? Ive been told it wouldn't. Just looking for answers. Thanks!

It would really help if you could post up your year of truck and how many cats you have as of right now....

High flows will make it louder than hell depending on the length of them

You can tune it and remove the secondary o2 sensors from the equation.

Short high flow cats will be louder than stock cats.

Get 4 spark plug foulers 2 per side drill one on each side out to fit o2 sensors then put both together and screw them into the o2 bung in the exhaust then install the o2s. I did this when I put test pipe on my Mitsubishi evo so it wouldn't throw a code

Im getting high flows this afternoon. My truck is a 2007 f150 so I guess it has only 2 cats, are there any other good high flow cats besides magna flow?

Yes but you'll pay dearly for them. The ones we use aren't true high flow cats.

High flow cat's is one of the best mods I have done to my 06. Custom tune will take care of the check engine problem and your truck will sound deep and loud.

well I got them out on the other day, I went with Catco high flows instead of magnaflow. It made my truck a whole lot louder and I didn't lose any low end torque. Thanks for the advice everyone, I might try to post a video up thursday.

No cats just does something to me lol. Hi-Flow cats sounded to "Ehhhh" like to me....
I didn't notice a loss OR gain when I took mine off, so it did me no difference.
Love the aggression in NO cats over Hi-Flows though.
