I know nothing

So i recently bought a Thrush glasspack for my 2010 and my buddy has told me not to forget to put the bearing in the muffler but i am not sure where it goes. He tells me that if I install it correctly i will gain 50 HP and 5mpg, so i wanna make sure i do good job. I have my exahust all cut to peices just like he told me to and I am lost. Please help.

You're kidding right?

Your buddy was talking out of his butt, and blatantly lying to you, and I guess you believed it. Do those gains sound even remotely realistic?

I just needed a good laugh for the day. I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with glasspacks or had anything to say about them. I already put it in and love it just curious.

Nice

They're the cheapest way to make something loud. I think they can get "blown out" after a while, but I don't know.

They are! Other than swappin straight pipe in, or just cuttin it off I remember a high school football buddy bitchin about his sounding different after it was on for a few years, said it blew the glass/packing out, got a new one, and it sounded fine again but I know better than to take a RAM driver's word for something, and a high schooler no less

I still think they can get blown out, but they certainly can be broken in and get louder after a month or two.

But hey! New signature, looks good! Where's MGD, he needs to quote me for a new sig for this week?
