magnaflow part number16523

Long story short. I have the chance to get a magnaflow kit 16523 for $450. The kit was put on drove outside and then brought in and buyer said it was too loud. Exhaust tips not even put on.
My goal is to get this kit swap, the muffler for a Borla, Change the Y pipe to a maggy Y. might need to add a 18" piece of 3" ss if the kit one won't work but that's it..
Or do you think its cheaper to have a shop run this same setup in SS. Knowing it won't be mandrel bent.

A shop could probably bend that for you in t-409, but it won't be mandrel, so that is a good deal. I would try it.

Just waiting to hear back from one shop to see if they do SS and get their pricing before I pull the trigger on that kit.
