With Christmas coming, I'm a little too strapped to go with a full cat-back system, but I want to free up the breathing and hear my exhaust for the first time.
I don't want to mail order because of the expense of shipping to Canada, can anyone tell me what line of mufflers NAPA might carry that would work on my 1998 4.6L F250XL LD SC LB 4x4?

I have a Dynomax Race Magnum ultraflo 3" in/out center in center out. It is 16" long and 4.5"x9.75"

its a straight through muffler i.e. you can see 3" end to end.

It was on my 2000 Silverado for about 4 months, too loud for me.

Make me an offer and I'll throw it on the bus from Vancouver

It's probably too loud for me too, I leave home at 6am....would **** off some neighbors.

Go with a Flowmaster 70 series these mufflers sound nie on these trucks!

I have a quiet Gibson that I just took off of my 2001 Screw...I replaced it with a Flowmaster 40 series....I wanted more sound..

The muffler is perfect....only used about 2000 miles...3" in & 3" out offset.....and QUIET as stock (almost)

Make me an offer....shipping could be a problem....I am in Illinois near St. Louis.....

 

I don't have after-market exhaust YET... but I've been reading the posts and have settled on a spintech system. They seem to have really good flow with a unique design that can be quiet on the hwy yet sounds nice when you let'her rip.

They probably have a muffler that you can use to replace your existing one. The factory exhaust is probably 2.5" or less in diameter, at least that's whats on my 98'.
