THE ENGINE AS FAR AS I KNOW ARE THE SAME BUT THE EXHAUST IS DIFFERENT. THE LIGHT DUTY HAS FOUR CATS WITH THE CROSS OVER BEHIND THE CATS AND THE SUPER DUTY HAS ONE HUGE CAT WITH THE CROSS OVER BEFORE THE CAT.
IT HAS 2-1/2IN PIPE COMMING OFF THE MANIFOLDS THEN JUST BEFORE THEY STUFF THEM INTO THE 3IN PIPE THEY NECK THE PIPE SIZE DOWN TO 2IN PIPE THEN BOTH PIPES ARE PLACED INTO THE 3IN.
SO THE LIGHT DUTY F-250 (NOW KNOWN AS THE F-150 W/ THE 7700 PAYLOAD PACKAGE) IS SET UP JUST LIKE THE F-150 HALF TON TRUCKS.

I have 2, 2.5" 3 chamber flow masters, on true duel exhaust 2.5 all the way to the back, with the tips turned (bent down) down for high water crossing's, and when you stand on it to pass someone, I have seen them snap there heads around to see what kind of monster was eating them for lunch, and this is on an 5.4L Tritan v8, 4X4, sounds really good wheeling in the mud and snow too. 380.00 out the door, and welded too
