Question Borla Fit for Longbed?

I have a '98 F150 4.6L,2WD,Ex cab,Longbed. While looking online for a Borla catback system I found that Husker High Performance http://WWW.EXHAUSTPROSLINC.COM/19forf1v8reg.html has this item: BORLA V8, 4.6L/5.4L, 2+4WD, RegCab/ExtCab/ShortBox,F150 Tips: Dual, Round, Angle-Cut ,Phantom Tip Exit: Side (Single Tailpipe) Internet price: $419.62.

I wrote them and asked about the lonbed fit. They said all I had to do was have my shop fit in an extension pipe for more length. Is this accurate? I don't want to buy something that will turn into a fitting nightmare. Price did not include $36.76 shipping. Is this a fair price, considering the mod needed? Am I better off with side exit since I do pull a utility trailer?

This is my first post so please go easy on this old farm boy living in town.... THANKS!

Check with truckperformance.com. I believe that setup is $331 + shipping. I just installed the rear exit setup for my Supercrew and it fit perfectly. I had an extra 5 inches of pipe left that they cut off. The muffler is not much louder that the stock one but it could be that the sound is waaaaay at the back of the truck now.

Hope this helps.
