Raybestos Quiet Stops

Where can I get them for my '03 EB? I called around and have been unable to locate them at the most popular parts stores (Autozone, Advance, etc.)

Maybe someone can point me in the right direction...

Thanks!

1. Got to www.raybestos.com and look up the proper application part number.

2. Find a retailer that carries Raybestos products and ask them for pricing and availability for the selected part number.

Not all retailers carry Raybestos, you will have to find one that does. FWIW, Carquest and NAPA carries Raybestos QS pads under their private labels.

Thanks for the info...

I contacted a Raybestos distributor and they told me that the Quiet Stop pads are not yet available for the '03 models. Is there a difference between the older models and the '03? The only ceramic pads I could find were at Autozone. They were made by Albany. Are these any good? I have never heard of them.

The web site lists them for the 03. Either the distributor or the website is incorrect, then.

Hmmm.. I could have sworn it was there when I answered your previous post.

Unless there was a change between the 02 and 03 Expys or between the 03 F150 and the 03 Expy, the correct pad should be the Raybestos PGD702QS.

If you can call your local Ford dealer's parts departments and see if the same pad is used on the 02 and 03 Expy, you cacn fill in these details.

Well I talked to a guy in the local parts department and he said the part numbers were different for the '02 and '03 models. I also called CarQuest and they said they do have the ceramic for the '02s but not the '03s. Even the standard pads that are available for the '03 is different from the '02, so it looks like we will have to wait a few months for them to become available.
