Can you hook up a satellite radio to a navigation radio on the new expys?

 

anything can be hooked up with an FM modulator...
You will lose some clarity in the sound with a modulator, but thats how most of the aftermarket SRs are hooking up, unless there is a line in and control for it on the head unit.
