I could have sworn I saw the lower grille, not found on the 03 Expeditions, on a 03+ in NC. It was the flat gray color like the regular grille also. Any idea on where to get this at?

 

The '04s come with the gill now.
The Eddie Bauer has had them since '03.
You can buy them at your friendly Ford Dealer.

I put one on my 2003. Plasticote makes a paint for Truck & SUV acc's- color name Charcoal Gray (#1543) that matches the Medium Dark Gray (that what Ford calls it) color of the upper grill.

that right. it was about $70 shipped from fordpartsnetwork.com. the local dealer wanted $90 with tax. i had gotten it in january but held off until i could find a match. i love to chrome both pieces some day. 2 push pins on top & 2 c clips on the bottom. mine didn't have holes for push pins on the bottom. i think the eb's might.

Looks great! That is the same exact color as ours also. I think I might buy one after looking at that.
