I have a 2000 Expedition with a AM/FM Stero Cassette Player and I want to pull it and put in one of the in dash 6 CD changers. What stereo model #s or Ford Vehicle years of the 6 CD changers will fit it. Do I need the 2 connector of 3 connectors in the back

I'm looking to do the same, Do you have a rear sub ? if you do you need the 3 plug unit. I,m finding there are ton's of ford pt# for radio's out there and sure there are several tht will work just not sure what part numbers.

 

I know the 05 lincoln units don't retrofit. Figured that out the hard way
