I bought my 99 Expy new in Jan 2000. Love it - still do. First mod I got was a K&N and the Airbox mod... well -over the years the foam rings on the K&N ended up coming loose and streching funny. Filter still works fine - just the foam frant and back ring were failing. I emailed K&N and asked I could get some replacement rings and they replied that they were installed at the factory and they couldn't - BUT call us with the filter to get a # off it and they would send me out a new one for free. Wow - super service - less than a week later it's here - brand new in the box - no questions.

This will keep me as a customer for life.

I agree.

Back when I had a K&N intake, the filter wore-through some wires because the mounting hardware was too short, and it fried my computer.

They reimbursed me for the near-$800 repair costs, no problem at all. Very good customer service
