Brake/Gas Pedal Motor Leaking

I didn't know how else to descibe it, but the motor that moves the pedals back and forth keeps spewing out grease. The dealer has "fixed or replaced" it once already and it still does it. The way that you notice it is there will be a spot of grease on the carpet just above the mat.

The service guy wants to put something to catch the grease, yeah right. So has anybody else had this problem?

To tell you the truth I suspect that we still have the original unit and the service department just pulled a fast one on Ford and now they may be caught if they have to bill for a second one. I don't know but at this dealership they sure fire people a lot.

We also have front and rear vibrations that have come up over the winter. The mechanic that rode with me heard it and has no idea what it could be. Anytime the truck is under load at about 1900 rpm when warm, the thing will vibrate like a well you know.
