Does anyone know if there are any differences between the 2006 Expedition and the 2005 models. My wife and I are looking at an XLT or the XLT Sport.

 

I havn't heard of any major changes. There were several updates in the 05 model. The biggest update was the new 300 hp, 3 valve 5.4 liter engine was made standard equipment on all models. This replaced the standard 4.6 and 260 hp, 2 valve 5.4 engines that were used in the 03 and 04 model (as well as the older 97-02's). Ford also added the Limited, and King Ranch packages in 05.

I knew about most of those changes, but after hearing all the commercials about the family plan being extended to the '06 expeditions, I was wondering if they did any changes.
