does anyone have a thread of information on waht might be new & improved on this vehicle. Cant believe I can not find any information on it.

 

I don't know. I've heard rumors that the 07 Expy/Gator will be redesigned but I don't know what they have planned. I was a little surprised by this rumor as the SUV was just redesigned in 2003.

 

They are redesigning them, and they are adding another SUV to their fleet. It was to be called the everest, but ford got scared that people would consider it a gas guzzler and has yet to rename it. Its built on the expy/navi platform, just bigger (I think it'll be the excursion replacement)

What We Know: Ford will be completely redesigning the Lincoln Navigator, alongside the Expedition, for the 2007 model year. With GM's segment leading Escalade headed for a redesign soon, Lincoln will have to step up to the plate with a fresh design and more luxurious interior to stay competitive. A long-wheelbase version may be added as well. The Navigator will continue to be built at Michigan Truck in Wayne, Michigan, where it is scheduled to roll off the assembly line in the fall of 2006.
