I've got a 99 expedition with a loose rear door. Now that I am driving over broken ice and packed snow the rattle from the back end is getting unbearable. Does anyone know what needs to be adjusted to get the door tight?

Any help would be appreciated. thx

 

If your talking about the lift gate, then I think it is as simple as untightening the striker, push it forward a little, re-tighten and see how it closes.
This may be trial and error until you get it snug enough and also have it close on the first try....let me know how it works for you...
