towing
#3
My family ownes an RV dealership so I have seen a lot of different towing set ups. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND TOWING ANYTHING ON THE REAR BUMPER!!!!!!
The reason is this, as you travel down the road the trailer(reguardles of how much or how little it weighs) will cause a flexing motion. The stock bumper is not made of a very thick material and it will eventually bend and crack the metal. I have seen full size truck bumpers bend and crack from towing a 4x8 trailer with a 800lb lawnmower.
once again..DO NOT TOW WITH THE FACTORY BUMPER!!!!!!!!!!!
If you do decide to do this anyway, let me know what roads you are going to travel on so I can warn my family and friends not to drive on those roads.
