Appreciate any help with the following:-

Memory seat and Mirror function does not work properly on 05 Expy. I've programmed the keys correctly etc, however neither the mirror or the drivers seat will return to memory position after programming. However if I keep pressing the Unlock on the key fob, the mirrors will move a small increment each time I press, and after about ten presses eventually they are back to where they should be and then the seat also moves to its correct position. Also the Easy Exit seat only works intermittently probably part of the same problem.

Biggest issue is that this car is in the UK so can't take to a dealer, so any technical suggestions would be gratefully appreciated. I've done the obvious so far and checked all the connections under the seat - they seem ok.
