Rear end leaking (Expy not me!)

Fellers,
My 05 Expy has clear oil leaking where the left rear axle enters the pumpkin. I first noticed little oil spots on my otherwise clean driveway. I only have 2300 miles on it. Obviously I'm taking it in, but do you guys think it's anything serious?

There's revised axle seals and a specific installation procedure for this concern. Common problem, shouldn't be no big deal to fix.

Thanks Quintin! I hate dealing with any part of a dealership but I guess it's necessary at times. Thanks again,

Ended up being an axle seal. Had it in at 0800 and the dealership had her done by noon. Good as new.
