Question Speaker Cover

Could someone please tell me how to remove the speakers in the front doors of a 2000 Expedition?

The whole door panel has to come off to access the 5x7 speaker.
Be careful with "zip pins" when they are pulled out. Remember the door handle...door panel has to move forward after you clear the door lock on top.
When the panel is removed, electrical connections for the window & door lock are disconnected at the din connector located on the switches.
Speakers are ready to remove. Crutchfield has adapters for the factory connections to th new speeaker, unless you're going to cut and solder/swedge new spade clips... checkout the Infinity Kappa's for replacements ! best for impedence and sensitivity.

Hope this helps...
