Overhead T.V. not working

I have a 2001 expediton with the factory tv and vcr in it. I am not getting any power to the vcr or tv. Can someone help me with where to look. I checked the fuses in the dash and under the hood. No luck there.

Does anyone know about a fuse in the headliner? Someone told me on the other site that there is a fuse in the harness somewhere in the headliner.

A fuse in the headliner doesn't make much sense; it would be a b*tch to replace.

There is no fuse in the headliner. I checked up there. The wires go to the Passenger kick panel and then in the dash. I am taking it to a Audio center and let them figure it out. Also the Sub is not working. I was curious if the two are tied together?
