LOL Did a Google search, and your question is the top link :P

P0154 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
From http://www.fordforums.com/showthread.php?t=81076
It's from a Focus, though, so I don't know if the codes are interchangable.

As to what exactly it means, I don't know Maybe the sensor died on you?

OBDII codes are not MAKE specific.

PO154 would mean that the electrical signal from the O2 sensor mentioned above is either very weak or non existant due to either age, damage to the sensor or damage to the wire. B/c these sensors are in the heat ALL the time, that heat eventually can take its toll on the wiring. Time for a replacement of that O2 sensor. Bank 2 means the header side that your 2nd cylinder is on and Sensor 1 is the first O2 sensor you encounter on that side.

Well, actually, the ones under P1000 are "generic".

DTCs above above P1001 are manufacturer-specific and can be assigned at will by each manufacturer.
