I have a 99 expo and the rear wiper and washer quit working. I am confused why they would quit working at the same time when they seem to operate sepratley, other than the actual control, but every thing else on that control seems to work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

97-02 Expeditions are notorious for this. You're probably looking at a new wiper motor.

 

I sold my old '99 Expy to a neighbor and guess it still works fine... Personally, I bet I only used the damn thing twice in all the years I owned the truck, I mean, who needs a rear wiper anyway?

 

I just had to put a multi function switch on my 97 because my windsheld washer would not spray. everthing worked. wiper, rear wiper,rear washer, turn singles and everything it just would not spray the front window it was the multi func. switch try that tell me if it works for ya. they are pretty pricey tho I think it was like 102.00 but my girlfrend works for ford so I got a discount witch was nice.
