lowering 01 navi

I got 22"x9.5" wheels with 305/40/22 tires on my 01 navigator 2wd. Just wondering what kit I should go with because I got the air suspension in the back. Im trying to get a 1.5" drop all the way it seems like a 2" would push it because when Im driving fast it does rub only in the front over big bumps. I found that most kits offer relocation mounts for air bags in rear and others offer to convert to springs. I just repalced both rear bags because one went bad so didnt really want to go with springs in the back since I just paid 300 to replace them. Also is there a way I can control rear air bags from adjusting without turning switch off? Any one have a navi or expedition same year dropped? I wanted to upgrade wheels to 24"s but figured lowering will be cheaper and help with performance and looks .I Will try to post some pics soon. Thanks
