What is most likely bent ?

I was going down in snow in '03 Expy with 4wd on and at the bottom of the hill I had to do a sharp turn and it happened to be dry pavement. I got a little bit into the turn and I quickly turned off the 4wd, which made a clunk. Now on the highway I get a slight buzz sound at wheel speed. Any one know as to which of the 4 half shafts and 4 axles (?) mostly likely got bent ? Can't see anything obvious on the ground rotating tires by hand. Tires been balanced twice. Will try to run it up on lift next but figure maybe someone had gone through this before.

Have you tried engaging driving a short distance, then dis-engaging the 4x4 again? Possibly all that has happened is a shaft is stuck locked or something is still partialy engaged.
