I am looking at an 06 Navigator that has the quad seating in the second row. (2 capt chairs with a console). We would like to convert it to bench seating. Has anyone ever removed the console and replaced it with the small center seat??

best bet would be find someone to trade back seats with imo, both captains and console and get their bench, I'd wager the bench is a 60/40 split so it'd probably have to be something custom to squeeze inbetween those chairs

 

A large percentage of the Navs came with captains middle seating, for whatever reason it was the higher produced setup. I kinda sucks cause it takes out 2 seat essentially. You'll prob have to find an expy to trade with

 

I think that Nav has a 40/20/40 seat so I think that it might be an easier fit. Any other help??

Yes, it did have that option, however most did not elect to get that. Most got captains seating, which is why I was saying get the seats from and Expy for a bench, and the mounting is the same
