hey guys new to the forums have been on expedition forum but it seems a bit slow and without a lot of members. I have a set of 35" dune grapplers at the house but i have a 2wd expedition.. i know fabtech makes a 3.5 spindle lift but its close to 1000 bucks is there anyway i could get away with 35s with a torsion key lift? it says it will run 33s. maybe a body lift? but from what i have read you cant body lift if you have the factory air ride. can anyone point me in the right direction on how i can accomplish this. its a 2001 EB thanks

 

Convert your air ride to a normal suspension


Turn your torsion keys to max, install spacer pucks out back and install a 3" body lift


Or

put an add for someone to trade you 33" for your 35" tires. You are going to spend ALOT of money and effort to fit 35's on your 2wd. Whereas a 33" should pretty much bolt right up

 

thats what i was thinking, im just wondering if i get 3 inch spacers for the back and get 3 inches out of the torsion keys if i could tuck the 35s with some trimming on the front, the tires are also a bit worn so i dont think its a true 35

 

if i run spacers in the back for the air ride suspension along with a body lift will that mess up the ride height sensor for the air ride?
