Cool

Completely different sheetmetal and different interior. The fenders are flared more, and the grille looks like a baby F-350 grille. The interior is waayy radical. Kind of space age looking. The radio is like a platinum color, the door panels are really cool, and the dash is different. And to boot, it comes with WHITE FACE GAUGES. The sticker on the ones on our lot are around $25,000 which is considerably cheaper than past Exploders. It also has the same center console as the XLS, with that removable sport bag thingie. I love 'em. I just can't wait until we get a sport trac on our lot, that's the one with the pick up truck bed. In Fords magazine, they compare it to the 4 door Nissan. The Nissan's bed is longer by a couple inches, but the Fords is taller. And the Ford has more power, both in horse's and torque. Besides, it's a FORD.

I think Syco is thinking of the 2001 Explorer, not the Expedition. The 2001 models are already out for the Explorer. The Expy won't change until the F150 does.

Ok, Tenderpaw. So do you or anyone else here have definitive info on when the F-150/Expedition gets a new body? I thought I heard '02, but if its for the '01 models maybe I'll wait on one of those Expy's.

Seriously thinking of trading the SHO.

Thanks.

Supposedly an all new F150/Expedition will be out for 2003. Supposed to have a 3 valve per cylinder 5.4 V8 with 300 HP. BTW, the 5.4 in my 2000 is great. Excellent power and a blast to drive. To bad its killing me at the gas pumps right now!
