Post mass air flow sensor?
What exactly does a mass air flow sensor do? Also, what kind are available for our 5.4L Expeditions and what kind of performance gains should we expect? Thanks for the help.

Go to truckperformance.com and click on air managment and it'll tell ya all you need to know. They cost around 400.00!
